Change how topic lists working

Hi, I have modifed a version of HTML5 Silverado, and currently the biggest issue I have is to keep the list intact. I am not yet that well versed in CSS so I do not understand what is causing it.

Can I keep the expanded table instead of it removing itself when clicking on a topic?

And after clicking on a subtopic it looks like this

I have to click on the bolded topic to get back up again.
I was looking at the CSS but I can't figure out what decides that it removes the full view.

Any suggestions?

This is a setting on the Menu Proxy in the master page. Right-click the proxy to edit it and disable Context Sensitive. You may find that you get what you want but you won't really like the result. (At least, that's what I found.) You might also experiment with the other settings, depending on the effect you are looking for.
