Print (PT) vs Pixel (PX) for PDF Images

Post by Christina »

I'm developing my PDFs (finally!) and am updating my stylesheets because I'm syncing all the projects to a master style sheet.

In doing this, I've discovered that I have not consistently used the same attribute for images throughout. Sometimes I use PT for images and sometimes I used PX for images. It's everywhere, and so on the Master stylesheet, I want to make sure I make the right decision this time, and moving forward.

The documents I'm creating (PDFs) will typically be viewed online and nobody (except me) prints anything out any more, or at least that's what I'm told. There might be stragglers.

Given this, what attribute should I use for Print images. PT or PX?

I went out and searched the web, and everybody has a different opinion, so I want to know what Flare folks think.

Thank you in advance.
