Header Title and Number Spacing Issue

Hi all,

I have an issue with autonumbering where the titles of headers (of a certain depth) 'crowd' into the header numbering when viewed in PDF output.

I have attached an image in case the description is confusing.

Is there a setting in the style sheet that I can change to avoid this?
