Need advice on duplicating this page look and feel

Hi all. Does Flare (2018 R2) have a baked-in skin or stylesheet or template for producing this look below? Or at least a something close that I might be able to tweak? My employer is interesting in our company using it for a site. I am not sure where I can go to peruse the available skins, etc.

You could approximate this look and feel using a side nav output and a search bar proxy.

Yes! That's actually what gave me my start the other day. I downloaded the "Medical Office Policy and Procedure Manual Template". Then I copied over and began modifying its skin. Looks great so far.
