How to find default MC non-black colors (blue/green/etc.)

Post by YE-TW »

Hi,

How do we locate the default non-black colors (for example, blue or green) in the CSS? We want to replace these with our company's brand colors, but finding them has been a hit-or-miss situation. (Basically, if someone happens to see the color in an output, we fix it. )

According to Dave Lee (viewtopic.php?f=9&t=19124), "Flare's own default styles... aren't in any stylesheet, and are just added by Flare in outputs."

Would appreciate any assistance!

Best regards,
Yael

Got help from MadCap Support. Here's the solution:
1. In Flare, open your stylesheet (CSS) using the Flare Stylesheet Editor (not the text editor). (You cannot see the MadCap styles in the text editor UNLESS they are modified.)
2. Make sure that all styles are showing and scroll to the MadCap styles.
3. Look at each MadCap style in every medium and modify as needed - especially the Default medium.
