Table of Contents formatting

I recently downloaded MadCap Flare's Balboa template and have been customizing it.

If I want to change the leading of the Table of Contents that appears on pages inside the help project, how do I do that? I have tried a few things--including looking at the CSS styles within the MainStyles.css and changing the padding settings within the SideMenu skin.
