Masterpage info does not appear in output

Hi,

I am trying to get my masterpages to work. I have defined one for my online output and one for my printed output. Both have been associated to their respective targets and still the masterpage information is not displayed in the respective output. What could be the problem? Or am I forgetting something?

I assume the content of your masterpages are not appearing in both
-online
-print
output types

Have you tried the Application Sample project type and seen how the sample master pages work yet.

Anyway for your online master page,
You need to include at least the Body Proxy.
After that you can type anything else in the topic,
- Anything that comes after becomes (footer) or
- Anything that comes before becomes header

I found the problem. When inserting proxies on a master page, you have to be careful not to embed proxies into one another. This is easily done. Only if you move your cursor twice you are really outside the previous proxy. And if no proxies are embedded, it works.
