Using external stylesheet

I have different projects (creating help content for different software products),and I would like to share a stylesheet so that it can be used by all of my projects. Does anyone have an idea how I could do this best?
I noticed for example, that when I create a new topic, the stylesheet selector at the bottom doesn't list any stylesheets outside the project.

For the current version of Flare (v3.1) you have to copy the files from one project to another. We have set up a project template here with our style sheets included which makes it quite easy for new projects. We have 25+ projects and don't find a real problem with the manual copy/paste method.

You can put your stylesheet in (for WinXP) \My Documents\My Templates\StyleSheets so it will be available in Projects > Add Stylesheet and then the My Templates option.

That's fine when you want to copy a certain stylesheet into every new project, but that's not really what I'm looking for.

What I would like is one central stylesheet that would be used by all projects, existing and new. That way I only have to update one stylesheet to align all projects to any new design guidelines.
