No stylesheet in review package, plus TOC view issue

I haven't used Contributor for years but might need to start again soon so I'm just having a play, but have a couple of problems:

  • I've created a review package in Flare and opened it in Contributor (full version), but the topics don't have any styles applied, although they have the correct stylesheet in the topic properties in Flare. Have I missed a step somewhere?
  • The TOC view shows [%=System.LinkedTitle%] rather than the topic title so is useless. I know this came about a couple of years ago when Flare started to use the topic title as a variable in the TOC and the workaround was to hard code them, but I don't really want to do that in my project. Is there any other way around it?
