Hi Austin, would love a copy if you can - trying to convince my boss atm as we'll likely save about $25k from switching from our current source control :D

@TheGreatAndPowerfulOz

I have read through this thread and, like many others, I would love a copy of your documents on binding Flare to ADO. I am new here so don't have the PM option yet. My email is jean.rollinson@clinithink.com.

I really appreciate your generosity in sharing your knowledge.

Thanks

Hi, Jean.

Somehow, I missed your post back in late May, but was notified of an update you made to it today. I just emailed you the docs. :)

Hi Austin, could you send them to me as well? I'd prefer not to share my email here but I can't figure out how to PM you. Thanks!

Are these documents still available and relevant to using Flare with DevOps git? We cannot figure out how to bind with git credentials!

Hi, I'm having issues all of a sudden pushing files to Azure Dev Ops using SourceTree and would like to try your method. I'm desperate, is your PDF still available? If so could you email me please?

@tmpaton I don't know if this will create new problems for you rather than solve your existing one, but by coincidence, earlier today I read a blog about SourceTree for Flare and Git. The tech author who wrote the blog explains that they couldn't get SourceTree to work, so they ended up using Git Bash. Here is the link to the blog (which I hope helps you): https://hcloward.github.io/post/using-g ... cap-flare/

I was reading this thread to see if it would include discussion on whether it's possible to use a distributed workflow in GitHub via Flare, where the repo is stored on Azure DevOps GitHub. I think I found my answer. Now I just need to prepare the migration - from centralised TFC in ADO to distributed Git in ADO. If anyone wants to stop me in my tracks because of the word "distributed", shout loudly! That's the one concern outstanding for me... whether I'm misunderstanding the use case for binding to ADO Git...
