build question

Does anyone else have the issue I'm having where you have a parent chapter and children chapters that have files that are linked together?

If I do a manual build inside Flare, it stops at each import file and tells me the local files are different than in source control. (They should not be because the parent version was not changed or even opened at this point.) Then I have to select one of the options to check the file out.

If I use command batch, the files will not build because of these error messages. Is there a way to add a selection in command build to bypass these errors so the build will work?

I'm very frustrated at this point.
