I amusing Flare 6 to build a merged chm set with about 12 slave chms included in the master TOC.
each linked project gives the following error during the build.

Compiling linked projects...
D:\CCURE_9000_2_01\AppServer-Guide-Help-and-PDF\AppServer-Guide-Help-and-PDF.flprj: Failed to initialize source control provider: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
None of the projects are linked to Source control. None of the targets have the 'get latest version' option checked.
I have TFS 2010 on the system (Win 7) but we only use it to put finished output into the engineering build system.
Our actual docs source control is external - we archive finished work to a legacy Clearcase.
The build ends up fine with no errors on the Error tab, and everything works.
So there is no crisis.
But the error is peculiar, and I would like to know what causes it.
