Whilst I've submitted it to Madcap, with the new Flare 7.1 I am getting an "invalid access code (bad parameter)" error every time I attempt to check in files for sourcesafe.
This causes me to have to unbind and rebind the project to VS SourceSafe 2005. Once I rebind the project I don't get any more errors (so far anyway). The problem is I have around 80 projects to look after.
This wasn't happening with 7.0 or 7.0.1.
Any suggestions? I'll keep you updated with any responses from MC.

Re: Flare 7.1 Check In Error
From Ryan @ MC Support:

Can you please try closing Flare, locating the Flare Project (.flprj) file in Windows, and deleting the "SourceControl" and "Output" folders located in the same directory. The "SourceControl" folder is a local cache of the file status, and the "Output" folder contains temporary files that may need to be cleared in order to have this work correctly.

This solution worked.
