'Show Differences' does not work (Perforce)

Hi,
we are using Flare (8.1.2) and Perforce as source control.

When I try to compare two files using the Flare menu Source Control/Show Differences and error message occurs:
Source Control: Show Differences failed. The method or operation is not implemented.

Does anyone know why? When I call the diff function in Perforce (using PV4) it works.

I've reported this against Flare 9, and had it acknowledged as a bug by MadCap. Whether it will get fixed with any urgency remains to be seen.
