Cannot import project from a Perforce Stream

We have recently purchased MadCap professional suite, and we have been trying to integrate the projects to a stream using Perforce client.
The main problem right now is that we are not able to import the flare project file from our mainline stream through the Import Project option. After we specify the server details and location, Flare queries the repository after we select the Browse option but unfortunately the Import Project window does not load any file.

Facing the same issue with my project.

We have our project in Git (Azure).
i tried to import my project via git, it doesn't load and end up with blank branch name.
Later I bind my current project to Git , it got bind to my Git Repo with new branch .

Now i tried the same import process, still response is blank branch .

Am so tried with it , working to setup my local workspace for more than a two weeks.

If any have Idea/Solution for this issue. please share your thoughts.
