Add files in Visual Studio 2015

Hello everyone.
I have my Flare 2017 R2 project bound to source control in Visual Studio 2015. When I check in my files through the Flare UI, check-in works fine but I get an error if there's a new file. I have to go into Visual Studio and manually add the new file. Any ideas on how to get Add to work again?
