Commit/Add TOC takes too long

Hi,
While committing or adding files to the server, it takes too long and stays in progress. I'm Adding/Committing files from the Flare > Source Control tab, and adding those TOCs one by one.
Considering that I've too many TOCs to add in the project, I'm not too sure how can I do so the earliest possible.
