CAN'T CHECK OUT TOPICS INDIVIDUALLY

Hello,

Since I upgraded Flare with the latest version (2018 r2), I'm having difficulties with the projects I work with at the moment of checking out/in.

Previously, I had no problem to work on a single topic, or severarls, and Save: the file(s) would be checked out and checked in individually.
Since the upgrade, everytime I want to work on a topic, ALL the topics of the projects are checked out.

For example once I'm done on a topic, I press CTRL+S and this pop-up appears:

If i want to check in anything, I have to check MAIN and then it will check out ALL THE FILES of the project.
That makes everything so much slower and more diffiuclt...

I don't understand what's happening suddenly and which option I am missing there to check out/in individual topics.
