Github is killing traditional username/password authentication in favor of a token-based system. Any idea when the product might be updated to provide the appropriate authentication method for remote github repositories?

This is a peer-to-peer forum, so you'll have to talk to Madcap about that! Try their bug report or feature request form (I'm not certain which this one should be).
