Error:Request failed with HTTP status 405:Method not allowed

I am trying to bind my project to Team Foundation Server.

I keep receiving the following message: "The request failed with HTTP satus 405: Method Not Allowed."

I can't figure out what I'm putting in the Server or project Path fields that is causing this error. Does anyone know what this means?

The only time I have seen this error is when a Web Service are set up wrong. Sometimes the *.WSDL have been left out. This will give you this error. Is it possible that you are calling a web service when you are binding the project to TFS? Just my initial thought on the problem.
