I have a single small project bound to TFS. After selecting Source Control, Project, Check In All - I attempt to exit Flare and get a message that I have pending changes that have not been committed to source control. When I go to the View Pending Changes panel, there are no files there. When I go to TFS in Team Explorer, there are no files checked out.
What to do? Thought I'd try this before putting in a trouble ticket.

I used to see that when I was using Flare 3/TFS.
If you're satisfied you haven't got any pending changes, just click the 'whatever' button (I know, its called somethinmg else...) and shut down Flare - it shouldn't cause any problems.
