Full time author required at software house specialising in backup and archiving applications, mainly in the healthcare sector.
The job involves working with a senior author, developers, trainers and QA to provide online help, user guides, administrator guides and reference manuals at varying levels of technical detail.
Flare knowledge is essential. We also use Microsoft Office 2007/2010, Adobe Acrobat, Subversion (with TortoiseSVN), VMWare, Snag-it. Product training will be provided.
