Monitronics International, a subsidiary of Ascent Capital Group, is looking for a Training Analyst to join their Training and Development Team.
The Training Analyst will provide support to course designers in the areas of knowledgebase storage, retrieving and setup processes within various learning platforms. The individual will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation of forward-learning initiatives.
Ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project applications.
Knowledge of Learning Management System (i.e. MCap Flare, Moodle, and Logicall) preferred.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Excellent typing skills (both proficiency and accuracy).
Knowledge and use of general office equipment.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Create and maintain multiple department specific online knowledge bases
• Work with SME’s or department Management to document policies and procedures
• Publish multiple TOC’s for internal employees and Centris employees
• Responsible for content change control
• Responsible for creating and maintaining flows in the LogiCALL decision making software
• Report on project status
• Responsible for aiding stakeholders in identifying goals and success measures
• Support User Acceptance Testing
• Responsible for content change control
• Prepare preliminary Visio flow charts to assist in organizing content flows
• Assist LMS Administrator in maintaining and updating LMS content including: Department Home Pages, Training Courses, Quizzes, etc.
• Add users and assign to courses
• Created or assisted in creating end user training guides for the following IT applications: Job Costing Center, mCAP, .net Site, SalesLogix.
• Gather business and system requirements
• Created job aids, instructor/participant guides
• Proactively works to maximize the performance of the team and organization
