About the Position:
The position requires creative technical writing skills with experience in authoring Help Content for consumers, Technical Support Documentation for Admin and Developers for online (web-based) software solutions. Additional experience in authoring for social media, blogging, customer support community forums are desirable. Candidates must have excellent communications skills, excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail and excellent ability to work as a team.
We are looking to hire technical writers who will be responsible for authoring Help documentation for the Kore messaging solution. All Help documentation is online and accessible on - Mobile Device (iOS, Android), Desktop (Windows and Mac OS) and Outlook (via a plug-in).
The technical writing team will be responsible for developing content for Consumers, Enterprise administrations and the developer community

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree in Communications, Technical Writing, English, Journalism or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
A portfolio of work demonstrating your design skills. Ability to share most recent work that is representative of skill sets and experience is a plus
Basic understanding of UI and UX skills
Experience with writing content for Consumers, enterprise admins and the developer community is a must.
Past work experience with companies that have a heavy consumers base is a must.
Specific experience in authoring style that is contemporary - such as the likes of Google for Work, Facebook - will be regarded a plus as well.
Applicants must have expertise and experience with companies that are focussed on some of the current trends in Social media, mobility etc
