Flare Consultant Needed for Upcoming Project

We've got a need for a Flare consultant. Here are the details/requirements:

This person requires a general understanding and experience working with Flare style sheets/css style adjustments. XML editor experience including AuthorIT or other platforms that may cross-over with Flare functions. Working with various targets for PDF and WebHelp. Print and WebHelp skin editing. General experience working with topic based authoring and management. Lingo experience would be ideal or experience interfacing Flare with other publishing platforms. Additionally experience working vendors and project management tasks such as scheduling and component tracking.
