Pronto Software is currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our Technical Communications Team.
The Technical Writer is responsible for producing easy to understand documentation which accompanies the Pronto Xi application suite using MadCap Flare products.
This includes:
• Reference Manuals incorporating context sensitive Online Help
• Release Notes
• Implementation Manuals
• Training Manuals (called Education Guides)
• Business Intelligence documentation
• Intranet-based advisories
• Computer Based Training (CBT)
• Other supplementary material, such as knowledge base articles, covering the breadth of the Pronto Xi suite.
If you have excellent communication skills as well as a strong understanding of ERP Business functionality this may just be the role for you.
