FinancialForce.com is a leading software services provider that specializes in building and developing Cloud Applications on the Force.com platform, the world’s leading ERP application platform from Salesforce.com. We are looking for a contractor to supplement the existing user documentation for the FinancialForce Human Capital Management (HCM) application. The task is to create content for delivery as online help and configuration guides (PDF). You will need to work closely with the existing Technical Writers, the HCM product experts and Training specialist to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
The contract is based in Harrogate, near Leeds (UK), and involves spending time there and also working remotely with colleagues in other offices.
The Key Responsibilities for this role are:
- Migrate current content held in MS-Word and MadCap Contributor in to MadCap Flare.
Produce online help for the FinancialForce HCM application, to provide user assistance to customers.
Produce printable configuration guides for use by customers.
There may be the need for occasional off-site meetings or visits. This job will require ad-hoc flexibility in working hours in order to liaise with the company’s US division, customers and technology partner Salesforce.com.
