Job Responsibilities

Create and update help files in MadCap Flare
Create release and implementation guides
Create other technical documents as requested by Product Management
Edit documentation for grammar and corporate style

Required Skills and Knowledge

Classes in English, Technical Writing, or Journalism
Minimum of two years of professional writing experience, or Technical Writing certification
Two years experience with MadCap Flare
Ability to write clearly and concisely
Strong attention to detail
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word
Insurance industry experience helpful
