Cyberscribe Solutions Inc. is a full-service technical communication firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Serving a wide range of industries, our projects have included online help, policies and procedures, product and service manuals, internal documentation, web content and training materials.
Ideally, we are looking for a strong technical communicator who thrives on the challenge and variety of project-based contract work but is not necessarily interested in the burden of self-marketing, financial feast or famine, contractual risk and other uncertainties associated with being a sole proprietor.
It goes without saying that you must be able to demonstrate a mastery of clear, concise and consistent language use. We’ll give preference to people with experience using Madcap Flare.
In terms of technological experience, these are some of the tools that we regularly use:
• Flare, RoboHelp, AuthorIT; XMetaL
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign; Dreamweaver; Illustrator; Photoshop)
• Acrobat Professional; Acrobat Distiller
• FrameMaker (structured and unstructured)
