Consistent Image is a leading developer of instructional materials for major telecom companies. We are currently transferring all user guides (created in FrameMaker) to online format using MadCap Flare. There are numerous guides that need to be reconfigured so potential for extended contract is high. Compensation commensurate with experience level.

Responsibilities:
- Developing methods and procedures using FrameMaker and Flare.
- Working with project manager and clients to facilitate an exceptional end product.
- Function as a SME for Consistent Image staff to facilitate efficiency and accommodate large volume of tasks.
- Postmortem reporting on system improvement opportunities.
- Potential for growth includes possible production management tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Professional communication skills and experience with fortune 500 clients and multiple team member interaction.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented person with ability to work to exacting standards including proactive problem solving to meet client expectations as well as industry standards.
- 3 plus years experience with MadCap Flare.
- 3 plus years experience with Adobe FrameMaker.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, XML and CSS.
- Ability to accept both positive and critical feedback and make adjustments accordingly.
- Ability to put together a manual on methods and procedures.

Pluses:
- Knowledge of the Telecom industry.
- Experience in reducing customer care costs.
- Knowledge/Experience with WCAG 1.0/2.0 compliance standards.
- Knowledge/Experience with Java Script.
