help for programmer incorporating dotnet help

We're publishing help as DOTNET help, and the app/.NET programmer who is trying to incorporate it into our application doesn't know how to grab a specific help screen (so that when help is pressed on a screen, the exact help page for that screen comes up).

Is there documentation or extra information available somewhere the programmer?

Yes! MadCap provides a DotNet Help SDK than can be downloaded from here (for Flare 4):

For Flare 3:

The SDK contains the code needed as well as a sample application. There is also a topic in the Flare help. The online version is here:

That should give plenty of information for the developer to get context sensitive help working in your application.
