Our company is single sourcing our help and manuals into one Flare project. The main output is HTML5, but we have five documents that need to be generated as a PDF and printed. An Installation Guide, Getting Started, etc.
How can I create a PDF output that will include just those topics? They are in separate folders if that helps.

You can create a different outline TOC and a different target for the PDF output. Your TOC contains a subset of the HTML5 output topics.
You can have TOCs/targets for each output/Guide, but there is also the option to switch on "generate multiple documents" in the target and use one target for several PDFs then.
