Hi...
For the product that I am documenting, I have three separate volumes of topics, all of which will be used to create a single OLH system. For each of these three volumes, a PDF will also be produced. I have already created a glossary for one of the volume of topics. Since all of the volume of topics are related, I'd like to share this glossary across all the volumes, rather than duplicating it two more times. I was hoping that Flare would allow me to select a glossary outside of a project, but this does not seem to be the case. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
...thanks,
--Mike

Re: Single Glossary for Multiple Related Volumes
You can't select a glossary outside of the project. However, you import the glossary from one project into another. When you create the import file, select the "Auto-reimport before Generate Output" option. When you re-generate the output, Flare will automatically re-import the glossary from the source project. As long as you only edit the glossary in the source project, it should be a pretty seamless process.
