The CHM file I generate for our product is throwing a js error whenever you open the help or navigate between topics. The error is the usual mk:@MSITStore CHM error, and is occurring in SkinSupport/MadcapUtilities.js. The error says "Unable to set value of the property 'async': object is null or undefined."
Naturally, in my development and testing environment, I don't get this error. It only happens on the production server. This suggests that it is some sort of system resource that is missing or out of date. The server with the issue runs Windows 2008 R1 with all MS updates applied.
Anyone have any clues?
