Focus Issue

I've been having to do some editing in a project, opening each topic sequentially from the TOC by double clicking on it.
After saving the topic, focus appears to be placed two items down the TOC.
Before I report this to Madcap, is anyone else seeing the same issue?

Yep, I noticed this last week too. It would either select the next TOC entry or two down, or multiple TOC sub-entries contained within a book.

I've submitted a Bug Report and it has been acknowledged - #50073

Thanks for confirming it wasn't just my system. It's been driving me nuts as I have to go sequentially through topics checking various things.
