Font and highlight color in Falre's help

This forum is for all Flare issues related to the Microsoft HTML Help target.
This target produces "CHM" files in the output.

Font and highlight color in Falre's help

I d like to change font of the help text and the highlight color in the index pane in Flare's help.
How ? see appended screenshot
using flare 9
