I think there's a way to do this in the HTML Help Workshop, but I haven't found a way to do it in Flare, and I don't want to post-process.
I want my "slave" CHM files to be available from the "master" TOC, but I do NOT want to merge the Search. With a merged search, there are too many hits on a lot of common terms. My customers' use model is that they're likely to do initial setup and configuration tasks with the functionality described in the master CHM, then pick one slave and work with it, so separate search makes sense. I have the slaves set up to launch in new windows when they're chosen from the master TOC.
Is there any way to separate the search, using Flare?
