How to get border above footer text in master page?
How to get border above footer text in master page?
How do I get a border to appear above the footer information in my master page? I noticed that in Flare Help, there is a nice separator border line between the body and the footer information, but I have not figured out how to get this. I defined a master page and added footer text below "topic body proxy", then assigned the master page to my target. I see the footer in my compiled topics (this is HTML Help) but can't seem to get that border there. Help!

Create a style or class that has a border attribute applied to it (eg. Border-top 1px or something along those lines). Then place a paragraph with that style at the bottom of the master page, under the body proxy.
Until next time....

Thanks - that's exactly what I wanted. Now, how do I get my master page with this lovely border to not be used by my popup and image popup topics? I don't want the footer in these.

Create a class in the HTML tag that calls the master page with the border attribute, then apply that class to your main topics. Any topics that don't call that class (such as your popups) will appear "plain."
