I am wondering if anyone has created javascript to support a pick list menu for the toolbar button of an HTML 5 skin. We have a need to allow users to switch to completely different topic sets. For now, I'm working around it by having explicit buttons for each set, but that requires a different skin for each set so that the currently active topic set does not display a skin with a button pointing to itself. I have also set up search filters for users to query the sets in a bucket of all topics, but optimally we would offer a menu to navigate to topic set A, B, and A+B.
Possible without switching to the frameless nav style?

HTML5 toolbar menu button - possible?
Re: HTML5 toolbar menu button - possible?
MadCap hosted a webinar where they discussed how to add a drop-down menu to the top nav bar of an HTML5 help system that filters the content based on selection. I think they used User Role as the example. They used a combination of conditions in Flare and some jQuery.
I believe the example used HTML5, so not sure if it works for other outputs.
