vertical position of search bar changed with 2020 r2

After upgrading from 2019 to 2020 r2, I found that the search bar in my help is showing up in a different vertical position. I'm building HTML5 help.

Anybody else experienced something like this? Any ideas what may have changed in 2020 that would cause this?

I've looked pretty closely at all the related css, and I haven't been able to figure out what's going on. There is a "top" property on what I believe is the operative style, but when I change the value for the top property, it has no effect.

Have you looked at the generated code in your output to see what is affecting it? I can never remember whether you need to right-click and then click View Source or Inspect Element, so try them both.
