TOC not displayed in WebHelpPlus after v9 build

After the first build of our WebHelpPlus output in v9, the ToC pane displays the "loading" graphic but never loads the TOC. The Search pane also no longer returns searches. I double-checked all of the configurations mentioned in the WebHelp Plus FAQ in the help, and everything seems to be in place.

On top of that, all of the buttons in the top navigation bar were displayed all the way on the left side of the page, over the ToC column, instead of over the topic pane.

I considered that the Flare 9 was the only difference, so I built the output in Flare 8 again and republished. That seems to have fixed the issue with the buttons, but the ToC and search still don't work.

Anyone encounter similar issues?

I don't know if this is related, but I had a problem where the TOC and welcome topic was blank after I published a v9 projected to a web server. I deleted all the files from the web server then published again and it worked, so I assumed there was a conflict between the v8 files and the v9 files, but I didn't investigate that thoroughly. Not sure if it will help or if you want to try it, but you could give it a shot.

I should have mentioned that I was doing WebHelp output, not WebHelpPlus output, which might be why what I did worked.

Thanks, I had the same problem.

Incidentally, I wasn't upgrading from a v8 project though, I had this issue with a brand new v9 project.
