Lang attribute error in HTML5

Hi All,

We have started using the HTML 5 output for one of our clients. During the accessibility testing. We found a lot of issues w.r.t HTML 5 output. One of the Errors is related to the Lang attribute. It shows the error as

" H1: Logo

Error - No lang attribute found on HTML element in document (WCAG2 3.1.1): http://webhelp.xyz.com/

Error - Empty List Item Found (WCAG2 1.3.1) LI Found

Error - No Iframe title found (WCAG2 4.1.2)"

These errors are related to the Logo. It tested the samples available on the Madcap website also. This error is appearing in those files also.

Need to fix this issue asap as i need to deliver the help in the next 2 weeks
