I'm running a trial of Flare at the moment, and it seems like, given the size of our documentation set, automerge on the server would be brilliant. However, I'm slightly confused as to how to create the "master" project? At first I didn't see an AutoMerge folder and realised that was because my output was using the top nav skin. So, I built a new target using a tripane HTML skin, still no AutoMerge folder. Then I set a setting in the toc for the "master" project do the Server-based Auto-mere: After. Still no Automerge folder when I published the project.
Am I missing a tick box somewhere that just says "this is a master project for merging purposes" or am I barking up the wrong tree?
