Updating version for Modernizr

Hi
I am using Flare 2017r2
My HTML5 (Tripane) output uses Modernizr 2.6.2. My developers say that they need it to be version 3.5.0 when they attached my output to their product.
This is inside a file generated by Flare. It is in the output folder Resources > Scripts > custom.modernizr.js
I don't seem to have any control over which version of Modernizr is used.
Is there a way to control the version or remove it altogether?
