G'day,
We have a VB6 Windows application and have been using a CHM file for help but would like to switch to HTML 5. Will the developers be able to configure it so we have context-sensitive help?

Yes, they will be able to configure for CSH. If you already have it for CHM they will have to change the format of their calls, but you can re-use the header and alias files.
