Working in Flare 2017 r3. Tri-pane format. Set up bookmarks as popups in a topic. In Preview mode for same topic, the popup works as expected, displaying the content it is linked to.
<p>To update existing record settings, left-click the <a href="#Edit_2" target="_popup">EDIT</a> button.</p>
When published and viewed in Mozilla, the popup appears as a blank space. No content appears.
In Chrome, the content appears as expected.
I want to use bookmark popups, but I can't unless I'm sure they work equally well in Mozilla and Chrome.
Suggestions welcome.

If it doesn't work, report the bug to MadCap.
In the meantime, maybe press F12 and check the Console log for errors.
