Search results 'hanging'

I'm having an issue where when I search certain terms after publishing in my software, they don't yield a result and instead the page just shows the spinner. The terms that it is doing this with are in my glossary, but not yet in a specific topic yet. My Search settings in my file does have "Include Glossary results" checked.

When I generate my MadCap output and view it locally, I do see my glossary results. My Glossary file is in the right location in Surround. I'm missing something here, just not sure what?

Did you fix the problem? I also encountered this problem and is curious whether you found a fix for this.

I have also had the same problem.
- In my case it was caused, i think, because during building I cancelled the building process...
- On some terms I can search on others not.
- It was an Internal help system, so i remove the content from the server and rebuild again.
