Hi!
My question/problem is about the Context Sensitive Help.
We have a master project which is basically a skeleton pointing to the real projects with the content. Let's say this skeleton points to folders A, B, C, D.
Now, when i'm in the online output (on Chrome) and I click the element with the CSH for the folder A, it opens the correct content, BUT this content appears under the folder D... instead of appearing under the folder A.
The CSH headers/alias are all in the projects. I checked them, and I didn't notice anything wrong. No one has modified them for quite a while and the Ids and links are correct.
I tried to regenerate the Master project and the affected folder by re-publishing them. To no avail.
If anyone has any idea about what is going on, i'd be happy to hear Thanks!
CSH opening randomly in web output tree
Re: CSH opening randomly in web output tree
This is a bug in Flare 2018 which I have reported. It happens when you have a modular system of projects, and a context-sensitive help call goes into a topic in one of the subprojects whose contents has not been opened yet. That project's contents appears, but it goes under the attachment point for a random project instead of the place in the TOC tree it belongs.
For the time being, we are working around this by building with Flare 2017, which does not suffer from this bug.

Thanks for your quick reply @devjoe!
Any idea if that bug will be solved in the near future? Where can I check the list of the reported bugs?

No idea. I gave them a test project demonstrating the issue. You should contact support about your questions.
