Any way to report on topics with or without identifiers?
Any way to report on topics with or without identifiers?
Looking for a simple way to identify which of my CSH topics are not yet mapped to an identifier. Don't see a way with File List or Reports. I can sort the alias file by topic but then it's a manual compare with my topic list. I can also check in the alias editor but it requires right-clicking one topic at a time. Is there a better way? I have a folder full of CSH topics and want to quickly see which ones aren't mapped yet.

In Reports, you can get a list of "Topics Not Linked By Map ID".
Try starting with the Empty report, and scroll to the CSH section for the Topcis Not LInked... option.
This would give you ALL topics not linked, not just those in your CSH folder, but is in alpha order and can be scanned quickly.
