Custom color displays OK in editor, but not in compiled help

Long time since I last posted here. Now getting back to Flare, with PDF and HTML5 outputs, using Flare 2018 v2 on Windows 10 PC.

I've defined font colors using hex values in the color picker. They look fine in Flare's editor, but not quite right in the help or PDF.

I found a setting to fix it in the PDF (I unchecked "Convert RGB Colors to CMYK" in the target).

How do I make a similar fix for the help, or it a problem with the browser (Chrome)?
